Maria has been loan processing for 12 years and has processed hundreds of loans of all types. She is an expert in Residential loan processing as well as Commercial loan processing. She has vast knowledge in all types of government backed mortgages as well as conventional mortgages. As your loan processor, Maria's highest priority is to get your loan closed on time. Maria oversees the entire loan process and works closely with our underwriters, insurance agents, and the title companies. Once your file is turned into processing, Maria will call you every week for a "Weekly Update". She will arrange the date and time for you to sign your loan documents at the title company and send you a notice the day before.
